Bellevue 600 Construction Updates

ACTIVITY
In June, the following work will be in-progress at the Bellevue 600 project:
- Pedestrians continue to be rerouted due to sidewalk closures adjacent to the site on 108th Avenue NE, 110th Avenue NE and NE 6th Street. Please refer to the map for more details.
- Underground utility work on 108th Avenue NE and 110th Avenue NE will continue this month.
- To facilitate construction activities on the project, the team will continue to shift traffic on 110th Avenue NE. Southbound traffic control measures will typically be in place Monday through Friday.

About The Project
The Bellevue 600 project consists of two phases. Phase 1 is a 600-foot tall 43-story office building containing mixed-use retail and a 6-story underground parking garage. Phase 2 is a 6-story underground parking garage with a public amenity space at street level. Both phases are currently under construction. Updates will be sent out on a monthly basis or 72 hours prior to any significant construction activity requiring additional closures.
