Meet the Team Behind the Seattle Storm’s New Facility

The Seattle Storm Center for Basketball Performance opened in April 2024. During construction, we interviewed several members of the women-led construction team to get a behind-the-scenes look at how the project was built. It’s the first ground-up facility built specifically for a WNBA franchise, and approximately 85% of the project management staff and design team members on the project were women.
