Randy Boettcher Promoted to Sr. Director of Preconstruction & Estimating

We are excited to announce that Randy Boettcher, a longtime leader within Sellen, has been promoted to Sr. Director of Preconstruction and Estimating! Randy will work with current Director of Operations – Preconstruction and Estimating Brad Hayes to transition leadership of our preconstruction team as Brad prepares to retire next year.

Randy joined Sellen in 1998 and has worked on many of Sellen’s large, complex projects over the decades. After starting his career as a project engineer, he quickly became a highly accomplished project manager and was later promoted to project director and senior vice president. Randy’s experience includes work on some of the largest office and healthcare campuses in the Pacific Northwest, and his leadership will help us continue to provide high-quality preconstruction services for our partners.
